This website and text messaging program are operated by Anthony Armendarez for NLMUSD Board of Education 2026 (FPPC ID #1492336). By using this website or joining our text messaging program you agree to these terms.

2. Text messaging program

Program name. Anthony Armendarez for NLMUSD Board of Education 2026 text updates.

What you will receive. If you agree to campaign updates, you will receive recurring messages about the campaign, including news, announcements and ways to support it. If you agree to service messages, you will receive non-marketing messages such as event reminders, volunteer coordination and replies to your inquiries. You receive only the type or types you agreed to.

How you join. By entering your mobile number and ticking one or both text messaging boxes on our sign-up form at Get Involved. Boxes are never ticked for you.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. The campaign does not charge for text messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To join again, sign up again on our website.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email armendarez4nlmusd@gmail.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, to join.

Privacy. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for marketing.

3. Use of this website

This website provides information about the campaign. We work to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current. Content on this site belongs to the campaign unless stated otherwise and may not be used to suggest the campaign endorses any person, product or cause without our permission.

4. Links to other sites

This site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the campaign is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or the text messaging program.
